Sberbank restricts connection from third-party services.
To create a connection now you need to try to create a connection using several options:
- Turn off Wifi on your phone and turn on mobile Internet (4G, LTE, etc.)
- If it doesn't help, turn off GPS and try again.
- In the security settings in the bank's application, delete all connected devices (Save Online / Profile / Security / Application Management on other devices), then try again the same way on the mobile Internet.
- If Cyrillic is used in the name of the device (phone), rename the device to completely Latin letters (in the phone settings).
If none of the options helped to create a connection, you can use synchronization via SMS and push notifications.
