Sberbank restricts connection from third-party services.

To create a connection now you need to try to create a connection using several options:

  1. Turn off Wifi on your phone and turn on mobile Internet (4G, LTE, etc.)
  2. If it doesn't help, turn off GPS and try again.
  3. In the security settings in the bank's application, delete all connected devices (Save Online / Profile / Security / Application Management on other devices), then try again the same way on the mobile Internet.
  4. If Cyrillic is used in the name of the device (phone), rename the device to completely Latin letters (in the phone settings).

If none of the options helped to create a connection, you can use synchronization via SMS and push notifications.
